Nitrate Test Sticks
A simple way to measure Nitrate directly in the tank. Simply dip a Nitrate test Stick in the water remove and allow to dry for 60 seconds. Read the value against the colour comparitor chart.
Detects 10 25, 50, 100, 250 and 500ppm. Pack contains 50 strips.
The presence of Nitrate indicates a degradation of water quality and the cause needs to be identified early. For frequent measurements or where high accuracy is required look at our digital Nitrate meter NA001.
Useful tip: Visual comparisons with a chart are sometimes difficult as the strip is a rough surface and the chart is reflective. However if you use a Check Standard of say 25ppm Nitrate and dip another strip in this standard it is immediately obvious which is the higher result. See our Check Standard NA04.
