Nitrate Probe
The fishlab Nitrate probe is a solid state sensor that measures Nitrate directly in your tank/pond.
It detects from 0 to 10,000ppm and fits to the Nitrate Meter NA002. If you have a pH meter with a mV scale you can also connect the Nitrate probe to the BNC socket and you can also perform accurate Nitrate analysis. (See method in pdf area).
The Nitrate probe should be rinsed with water before and after measurements and be stored dry.
Please note: The Nitrate Meter is not suitable for Marine water due to high salt content giving a bias in results. Freshwater and pond analysis is the intended use. For Marine Nitrate analysis use Nitrate Sticks with a Nitrate check standard.
