The Nitrate Check Standard
A 100ml bottle containing a known 25ppm Nitrate solution. Just dip in a Nitrate Stick and check against the chart on the container. Using a check standard is good practice as it eliminates any possible error caused by comparison of a reflective colour chart and the rough test stick.
The test standard is also a useful way to check that your other Nitrate measurements are accurate.e.g if you are using a reagent method or a Nitrate electrode. All you need do is use the standard as if it were your sample.
